Builder & Specialist Materials

Dense waste such as concrete, bricks and soil cannot always be priced by standard volume due to weight limits.

How Do We Keep Rubbish Removal Costs Clear?

We want you to understand what affects your collection price before any work begins. Our pricing is based on the amount of rubbish being removed, the loading time required and any specialist materials involved.

Waste collection and clearance in London

Extra Loading Time Explained

Each collection includes a set loading allowance. If the job takes significantly longer because of difficult access, several flights of stairs or extra rubbish not included in the original description, additional loading is charged at £40 per 30 minutes.

No Separate London Surcharges

We do not add separate ULEZ or London Congestion Charge fees on top of the collection price we agree with you. Any applicable operating costs are already considered when your quote is prepared.

Pricing Based on the Work Required

We assess the volume of waste, type of materials, access conditions and expected loading time so you receive a clear price based on the actual collection.

Loading and Labour Included

Every collection includes standard loading time (from 10 to 60 minutes) with a two-person team doing all the heavy lifting and clearing.

Our team inspects your waste upon arrival and confirms the exact final price before lifting anything. Zero surprises, zero hidden costs.

What Could Change the Final Collection Price?

Most collections remain within the original guide price when the amount of rubbish and access conditions match the information provided when booking.

The price may change if there is substantially more waste than expected, unusually heavy materials, difficult carrying distances, several flights of stairs or specialist waste requiring different disposal arrangements.

Where an adjustment is necessary, our team will explain the reason and confirm the updated price before starting the collection. You can then decide whether you would like the work to proceed.
