These Terms & Conditions apply to rubbish removal, furniture removal, house clearance, garden clearance, garage clearance and other collection services supplied by 24/7 Rubbish Removal Ltd.
By requesting a quotation, making a booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations and Pricing
Prices are based on information provided before collection, including photographs, waste type, quantity, estimated volume, weight and property access.
Website prices are guide prices unless expressly confirmed as fixed.
Unless otherwise stated, published prices exclude VAT.
If the amount or type of rubbish is substantially different from what was originally described, we may provide a revised price. Any revised charge will be explained before additional work begins.
Additional loading time, difficult access, unusually heavy materials or specialist waste may result in additional charges where agreed.
3. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we accept the collection request and agree the relevant service details.
Customers must provide accurate information about:
- The items being removed
- Waste type and quantity
- Collection address
- Parking and loading restrictions
- Stairs, lifts and access
- Heavy or oversized items
- Hazardous or unusual materials
Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the price or our ability to complete the collection.
4. Collection and Access
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the items being collected.
Where permits, entry codes, concierge approval, loading arrangements or parking access are required, customers should inform us before arrival.
Our team may refuse to move an item where doing so would create an unreasonable health and safety risk or where safe removal is not reasonably possible.
5. Items for Removal
Customers are responsible for clearly identifying what should and should not be removed.
Before collection begins, please remove valuables, personal documents, money, jewellery and anything you wish to keep.
Once an item has been collected and processed as waste, recovery may not be possible.
The customer confirms that they own the items or otherwise have authority to authorise their removal.
6. Prohibited and Hazardous Waste
Standard collections do not normally include materials requiring specialist handling, including:
- Asbestos
- Gas cylinders
- Petrol or fuel
- Motor oils
- Wet paint
- Chemical solvents
- Pesticides
- Clinical or biological waste
- Hazardous chemicals
These materials must be disclosed before collection. We reserve the right to refuse items that cannot legally or safely be transported as part of our standard service.
7. Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking.
Where statutory consumer cancellation rights apply to a distance or off-premises contract, those rights are not restricted by these Terms & Conditions.
If you specifically request that a service begins during an applicable statutory cancellation period, different rules may apply once work has begun or the service has been fully performed.
8. Arrival and Collection Times
Collection and arrival times are estimates unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Traffic, road closures, parking restrictions, weather, earlier collections and circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Where possible, we will inform you of significant changes to the expected arrival time.
9. Property and Customer Responsibilities
We take reasonable care when carrying furniture and rubbish through properties.
Customers should ensure that carrying routes are reasonably clear and that fragile items are removed or protected.
Please tell us in advance about narrow doorways, delicate flooring, difficult staircases, restricted lifts or other potential access problems.
10. Payment
Payment must be made using an agreed payment method and within the payment terms provided with your booking or invoice.
Any additional work or revised price must be agreed before that additional work is undertaken.
11. Our Responsibility
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, unsafe access, undisclosed hazardous materials or events outside our reasonable control.
12. Waste Handling
Collected waste will be transported to appropriate recycling, recovery or disposal facilities according to the material involved and available processing routes.
We cannot guarantee that every individual item will be recycled or reused.
13. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable UK law.
